OVERVIEW
The fitout included the supply, delivery and installation of all loose and meeting area spaces in a 120,000 sq ft office space across 5 levels. The design includes a gym, games room, kitchens/deli, meeting rooms, breakout areas, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen areas, and reception and relaxation areas. A full LEED and BREEAM project where careful consideration was given to the type and styles of furniture used. The project was delivered on time and with-in budget to the full satisfaction of all parties involved.
TIMELINE
The project was delivered over a phased period over a 10 week period and was completed on time and to the full satisfaction of the project team. The project was also completed successfully in accordance with the strict delivery and installation guidelines set down by the contracting authority and while working within the constraints of a live site
