Fenergo is an award-winning provider of Customer Lifecycle Management Technology for capital markets and investment banks.  Their software solutions enable financial institutions to manage new and existing client data, documentation and regulatory requirements efficiently and profitably, ensuring full compliance throughout the entire client life-cycle.  We were delighted to have this opportunity to work directly with them to make their own environment just as efficient and productive.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Sheelin Group Commercial Interiors was appointed to work in direct consultation with the client to provide the full loose furniture package for Fenergo's prestigious new premises in the heart of Dublin City Centre.  Areas included open plan desks, seating and storage, management offices, breakout areas and also custom-made solutions for both boardroom and reception areas.

THE CHALLENGE

A direct consultation brings a different set of challenges and rewards and we were delighted to take the lead on this project.

The turnaround was tight, with a timeline of just six weeks from start to finish.  The location on Ormande Quay was also extremely challenging due to lack of parking and extremely limited access for deliveries.

THE RESULT

We created an exceptional working environment that was carefully thought out from both a form and function point of view.  The space not only looks great, it also works great, and that is always our key objective.  The project was delivered on time and on budget, much to the satisfaction of our client.  Due to a successful process, we continue to grow our partnership with Fenergo

THE TEAM

This was a direct project.  There was no architect or design team involvement.

THE SHEELIN SOLUTION

With a direct consultation, the concept stage is especially critical.  Collaboration is everything, and we spent so much time getting to know both the client and their space.  This allowed us to suggest solutions that were right for the brand and reflective of the company ethos.

Key to our solution was our ability to supply items from stock, with options for Irish manufactured products.  This allowed us to maintain control and respond to the very strict delivery schedule.  The vastness of our ranges and our ability to source from a wide variety of manufacturers also meant that we could meet budgetary requirements without compromising on quality.

As always, waste recycling and removal were a priority for us on this project.  We are proud advocates of eco-friendly solutions and we are continuously identifying ways to further improve sustainability in our industry.

We were pleased to work closely with the client throughout every step of the process, and this showed in the final result.  Highlights include an Irish-designed and manufactured open plan system and the custom-made reception area, conceptualised and designed with and for the client.
