APC was formed by Prof. Brian Glennon and Dr. Mark Barrett in 2011.  Born of collaborations in pharmaceutical process and manufacturing optimisation, within Ireland, APC has significantly expanded to become a global pharmaceutical and biotech process research company.

 

PROJECT OVERVIEW

After a competitive tender process Sheelin Group Commercial Interiors was awarded the supply, delivery and install the complete furniture package for this innovative and exciting headquarters in Cherrywood Innovation and Technology Park.  The fitout included all open plan and meeting spaces with brave innovative collaboration and meeting spaces.  APC new office fitout marks a distinctive and innovative approach to Pharmaceutical Industry fitouts here in Ireland and abroad.

THE CHALLENGE

Spanning over 11,000 square feet the project was delivered in an 8 week time frame to include all intricate and custom made solutions for the APC offices and laboratories.  The project involved close coordination with the design and project team to ensure that the innovative design was brought to life.

THE RESULT

APC's new space has been described as the world's most advanced process research centre and we are proud to have played our part of this amazing fitout and look forward to working with APC further into the future as their success and expansion continues.

THE SHEELIN SOLUTION

Setting a benchmark is never an easy task and when we learned of APC's requirements we relished the opportunity to take part in this innovative and distinctive office and laboratory fitout.  Located in Cherrywood Innovative and Technology Park, this large scale project of approximately 11,000 square feet required indepth co-ordination with the design and project team to ensure a timely and seamless delivery of all items during the required time frame and close to the annual Christmas holiday close down period.

The vast natureof the project scope involved the co-ordination of over 40 different international furniture manufacturers to supply all items requested on time and on schedule.  Notwithstanding the custom made nature of the majority of the products required Sheelin Group Commercial Interiors savored the challenge and delivered all items on time and to full satisfaction of the design team and client.
