THE PROJECT OVERVIEW
This was a dream project for us, full of vibrant furnitur and innovative thinking. We were delighted to advise on and provide a complete residential and loose furniture package for Beckett House, resulting in a new style of student accommodation in the heart of Dublin City Centre.
THE CHALLENGE
Working in conjunction with the project architect, client, main contractor and fire consultant this vibrant project came with strict criteria and a strict deadline. The project included mixed usage from laundry rooms to study rooms, private cinema rooms to bedrooms and everything in between! The project involved an intense coordination with the fire consultants to ensure that all prodicts being provided meet the strict fire and safety regulations required for these spaces - a true test of our abilities to offer solutions for every space!
However, our team loves nothing more than a challenge, so we embraced the prospect of not only meeting, but exceeding, the challenges that came with this project.
THE RESULT
The project was completed on time and on budget, to the full satisfaction of the client, architect and project management team. Of course, there was one downside - it made us more than a little jealous of the students who get to live and study here. We don't remember our own student accommodation ever looking quite so desirable!

Our dedicated team really immersed themselves in this project and we are extremely proud of the result. Our solution was truly progressive, unifying vibrant design with functionality that allowed all interests to be created for.
As always, waste management and recycling were key considerations for us throughout, as was offering the client an ongoing and proactive aftersales service. We aim to be top of the class in these important subjects!
