Breakout Seating

The breakout space is primarily a space that stimulates interaction & relaxation where co-workers can take a break from their work. A multi-functional breakout area can also incorporate areas for agile & remote workers to touchdown & also create areas to hold quick informal meetings if the meeting room is busy. This is called a Third Space; an area additional to the office & meeting rooms.
