The most logical way to stop the spreading of germs in the workplace is to introduce barriers between employees. This works best for businesses where implementing the two-metre distance is not reasonably practical. Separate side-by-side employees and aisle zones by using planters and space dividers. If there are no cubicle walls, you can also opt for free-standing screens that offer an impervious barrier between employees.
