How We Do It
We know that from concept to completion, every step matters. That's why we manage each stage, offering a complete service, so you can rest assured that nothing will be missed along the way. We call it The Whole Experience, and here's how it breaks down:
With our in-depth knowledge and over 40 years of experience, Sheelin Group is the perfect partner to help you spark that initial seed of an idea into reality. And if you haven't got the beginnings of an idea yet, we can help you with that too.
The concept stage is where we do our collective dreaming and thinking before putting our plans into action. It tends to be the longest stage as it sets the precedent for all that follows, so it's crucial to get it right. The most important thing about this stage is that it's collabirative. Face-to face meetings are preferred so that we can really get to know you and really get under the skin of the project. Getting to know your space is critical too, and we do this through site surveys. We can then provide you with suggested Sheelin Solutions using spatial drawings (2D and 3D), sample boards and in-depth costing proposals.

The Sourcing & Supplying
At Sheelin Group Commercial Interiors, we are proud to offer an independent service. The fact that we are not bound to any particular manufacturer means that we can approach every project with complete objectivity and creativity. We believe in working with only the top Irish and European companies who share our commitment to deliver the highest quality products and services. We will only work those who consistently deliver on time and on budget. All of our partners have the flexibility to customise products for the demand of the Irish market in general, and the demand of our individual clients in particular. We are also highly experienced in complex sourcing and suppling, frequently completing projects that involve multiple supply chains. Using a large number of suppliers and manufacturers for one project, with one coordinated delivery time, does not faze us - our objective is always to realise the vision in the best possible way, as opposed to the easiest way.
Detail is everything when it comes to the hands-on work of transforming your space. Flawless project management is vital and your dedicated Project Consultant will oversee every aspect and ensure that everything is delivered and installed on time and in budget. From the coordination of suppliers and electrical services, to the installation and waste management, they will ensure that the process runs smoothly.
To enhance this process even further, we maintain efficiency and control by managing both delivery and installation in-house. We have a 10,000 square foot warehouse that allows us to store your goods until your site is ready. This is the key to our consistently on-time deliveries.
We don't believe that our role ends when your project ends. Aftersales is a huge part of our Customer Service approach and we are proud of our reputation as a customer-centric business. Your Project Consultant is always on hand and will be proactive in providing you with product demonstrations when you move into your new space and will assist you with furniture health checks further down the line. You can also get in touch with your Project Consultant at any time with any queries that you may have.
Throughout The Whole Experience, standards are of paramount importance to us. We are one of a select few in the industry to boast all three of the following accreditations: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management).
